"Valor with Honor" Location: Japanese American National Museum, Little Tokyo, CA. Date: February 5th, 2011 Time: 2pm This is the first screening in Los Angeles of the WW2 documentary Valor with Honor and will be followed by a Q&A session with the director. Valor with Honor is an independent film based on the last detailed interviews of veterans who fought in the Nisei 442nd Regimental Combat Team. The films follows the vets through the Internment EO9066, the Italian Campaign, the Lost Battalion Rescue in France, Mount Folgorito Italy, Liberation at Dachau, and their bittersweet return home to America. The 85min films is entirely told by the veterans themselves. All programs are free for Museum members and free with admission for non-members, unless otherwise noted. Events are subject to change.
