I get this question from time to time, what product will remove rust stains from webbing and clothing. Suggested from Woody, the unit leader of the 2nd Fallschirmjager.
Carbona Stain Devils 9 Rust. A small yellow bottle. Made in Germany.
To be honest I have never tried this myself, but a couple members of our unit have with good success. I was told this will even remove rust stains from white cloth.

Woody was a wealth of information on uniform care. For blood and oil try using Soil Love, available in most supermarkets. Comes in a light green bottle and is pretty inexpensive. I did have an opportunity to use that and it worked wonders saving a German uniform I thought was done for after it was blood soaked.
One more piece of advice. Never toss a washed uniform in the dryer. A lot of reenacting uniforms will shrink considerably in the dryer. Once washed always air dry them by hanging outside or in the bathtub.
